“Meditation For Teens” is the next step in learning to meditate.  It takes the previous CD up a notch.  The length is extended to seventeen minutes and has positive affirmations designed to assist teens in creating self-awareness, self-confidence and positive outlook.  They have enough stress but this CD will help them to remain focused and calm.

“Kid’s Can Meditate Too!” is designed to encourage children to take time to be still and become balanced and focused.  This cd was made for children ages 6 –11 in mind. Each track contains an exercise in learning to meditate with track 4 containing the guided meditation to a beautiful meadow where they will rest and be given positive affirmations to believe in themselves…to know they can!  The 11-minute meditation is timed to suit this age group.
